The project was developed with a multidisciplinary team assembled through the Architecture Conservancy of Ontario to create a counter proposal advocating for the preservation and revitalization of a historic to-be-demolished building in the rural community of Cookstown, Ontario. The project proposed the repositioning of the abandoned storefront to serve as a hub for the burgeoning arts and tourism community. The project looks to provide spaces for local artist while celebrating the culinary heritage of the community and surrounding agricultural lands.
